Shipping Information

Condition 1 will send out your vinyl decals via USPS at two flat rates. In our experience, the USPS has the best track record with getting items shipped out and to our customers safely and hassle free-at the best cost. Your shipping options will be:

  1. USPS First Class mail
  2. USPS Priority mail

If you prefer a different method of shipping, please contact us and we’ll do what we can to accommodate your needs.

Return Information

Condition 1 Industries strides to ensure that all our products are of top quality prior to shipping to our customers. Every decal is examined for defects and inspected against the invoice before being packed and shipped. All decals from Condition 1 are custom cut per order and will not be resold if returned. The return policy of Condition 1 is limited. Please read on to see if your order (full or partial) qualifies for a return or a replacement.

Prior to returning an order, please verify your original order invoice for accuracy. Ensure that the information you provided when the order was placed is correct. If your order does not match the details that you entered, we will replace that item.

If your order arrives with some sort of physical defect, we will gladly issue a refund or send a replacement.

All refunds or replacements require that the original decal be sent back to Condition 1 Industries for inspection. No refunds or replacements will be issued until we receive the original decal. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

No refunds or replacements will be issued to decals that have been applied to a surface or have been removed from their backing.

You must contact Condition 1 Industries for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a corresponding RMA#.

When making a return, please remember to include a copy of the original invoice and copies of any correspondence between yourself and Condition 1 Industries.

Decals may be returned within one month of the shipping date.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect the item(s) and if it is determined that we were negligent, Condition 1 Industries will issue a refund for the original charge (not including shipping) or mail out a replacement depending on your request. When requesting a replacement order, no refund will be applied.
